Level 2

Ages 6-7 Ages 8-9

The Level 2 parkour program is for students who are ready to take their training to the next level. This class is built for dedicated athletes who have developed a strong foundation and are committed to refining their skills through focused effort and consistent practice.

 

Training continues to build on the core movements of parkour — including running, jumping, climbing, rolling, swinging, vaulting, and introductory flips — but with a greater emphasis on precision, control, and technique. Classes incorporate more advanced station-based progressions, conditioning, and structured challenges that push both physical and mental limits in a safe, controlled environment. In addition to physical development, students continue to explore key elements of self-development, including mobility work, breath control, and mental focus — reinforcing the habits required for long-term growth and performance.

 

Level 2 athletes are expected to bring a higher level of focus, discipline, and work ethic. This program is especially suited for students who are interested in progressing toward the competitive team, as it introduces more rigorous training standards, increased conditioning, and a deeper understanding of movement efficiency and flow.

Athlete must be class age as of September 2026

Tuition is charged on the 25th of the month prior to start
Re-enrollment is automatic September to June
