Do I need to create an account to register for a class?

If you have registered for a class with us in the past six months, please continue to use your customer portal. If you are a new customer, please create an account. Use the "Member Login" button at the bottom of our website.

What class do I register for?

If you have a new student, please enroll them in an age-appropriate class. 
Currently enrolled students will be given recommendations by their coach for their next level.

What do I do if the class I want to register for is full?

Sign up on the wait list! 
Spots do open up occasionally, and you will get priority access when a new class opens up for your age group. You will be notified if you are taken off the wait list and added to the class.

Do you offer discounts for multiple siblings or classes?

Phantom Parkour does not currently offer discounts for siblings or multiple class enrollments.

Are there any program or session commitments?

The Travel Team program requires a commitment from Sept - June.  Our youth and recreation classes are session-by-session sign up with auto-reenrollment.

There is NO annualized registration fee.

What is your session Opt-Out Policy?

Accepted Answer

Once you register for our program you will be guaranteed your spot in the class until you opt out.  Credit cards on file will be charged for tuition on the 25th of the month prior to the start of a new session. If you do not have a card on file, a cash or a check must be received on or before the billing date in order to hold your student's spot in the class.  If you wish to optout, please email us at info@phantomparkour.com PRIOR to the billing date. In the email, include your student's name and the class or classes you wish to optout of.  If you optout after the billing date but before classes start, you will receive a 90% refund. Optouts received after the first class will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds given for optouts after the second class of the session your student is enrolled in.

What is your payment policy?

Payments for each session must be paid in full by designated "payment due date". This date is the 25th of the month prior to the start of the session.  We use automatic enrollment for sessions in September - June.  If you do not wish to be automatically enrolled into the next session, please inform us prior to the start of the session. All classes can be pro-rated based on the week you start the class for new enrollments.

If you are registered at the time of the session payment due date, your card will automatically be charged for the tuition.  If you wish to register by check, please contact us. There is a $30 service charge for any returned checks.

Summer sessions require a new sign-up.

Do you offer refunds?

If you optout after the billing date but before classes start, you will receive a 90% refund. Optouts received after the first class will receive a 50% refund.  There are no refunds given for optouts after the second class of the session your student is enrolled in.

Do you offer Make-Ups for missed classes?

Make-ups can be accommodated on  a case-by-case basis. Please use our contact form or send a message to info@phantomparkou.com to request a make-up of notify us of an absence.

Are classes ever cancelled due to weather or holidays?

Yes,  we occasionally close due to inclement weather and for holidays. Please check our website, email, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter accounts for information regarding cancellations due to excessive snow or other conditions by 8:00 AM for morning classes and 2:00 PM for afternoon classes.  Feel free to request a make-up class or an open gym pass for closures due to weather.

There are occasional holidays that occur during sessions.
