If you have a new student, please enroll them in an age-appropriate class.
Currently enrolled students will be given recommendations by their coach for their next level.

Once you register for our program you will be guaranteed your spot in the class until you opt out. Credit cards on file will be charged for tuition on the 25th of the month prior to the start of a new session. If you do not have a card on file, a cash or a check must be received on or before the billing date in order to hold your student's spot in the class. If you wish to optout, please email us at info@phantomparkour.com PRIOR to the billing date. In the email, include your student's name and the class or classes you wish to optout of. If you optout after the billing date but before classes start, you will receive a 90% refund. Optouts received after the first class will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds given for optouts after the second class of the session your student is enrolled in.
Payments for each session must be paid in full by designated "payment due date". This date is the 25th of the month prior to the start of the session.  We use automatic enrollment for sessions in September - June. If you do not wish to be automatically enrolled into the next session, please inform us prior to the start of the session. All classes can be pro-rated based on the week you start the class for new enrollments.
If you are registered at the time of the session payment due date, your card will automatically be charged for the tuition. If you wish to register by check, please contact us. There is a $30 service charge for any returned checks.
Summer sessions require a new sign-up.
Make-ups can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please use our contact form or send a message to info@phantomparkou.com to request a make-up of notify us of an absence.
Yes, we occasionally close due to inclement weather and for holidays. Please check our website, email, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter accounts for information regarding cancellations due to excessive snow or other conditions by 8:00 AM for morning classes and 2:00 PM for afternoon classes. Â Feel free to request a make-up class or an open gym pass for closures due to weather.
There are occasional holidays that occur during sessions.
