YOUTH PARKOUR
The art of Parkour is centered around practicing conscious movement, maximizing efficiency, minimizing the risk of injury, building strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Students on this exciting journey will learn to master themselves as they traverse the world around them. Using a vast arsenal of skills like climbing, running, jumping, rolling, swinging, vaulting, balancing, and flipping combined with stretching, meditation, and healthy habit-forming practices, students quickly gain the mind-body connection necessary to gain the advantage in any movement discipline.
Youth Parkour

The Youth Parkour Program is designed for children looking to channel their energy in a positive, constructive way while building the foundational skills needed to grow into confident, capable athletes.
Classes focus on developing physical strength, coordination, and stamina alongside important social and emotional skills. Through a dynamic mix of station-based training, conditioning, games, and challenges, students are introduced to the core movements of parkour — including running, jumping, climbing, rolling, swinging, vaults, and even introductory flips — all in a safe and controlled environment.
This program provides a fun and supportive entry point into parkour, where students begin their journey toward mastery. Training also incorporates bars, martial arts elements, and trampoline work to enhance movement versatility. In addition, athletes are introduced to key principles of self-development, including stretching, breath control, and mindfulness practices, helping them grow as movers, and as individuals.
